Who we are

What we collect and why

We collect the information you provide when you submit the qualification form or book a call — clinic details, your name, your email address, and the items you choose to share with us. We use this information to evaluate fit and to arrange a conversation.

The legal basis is legitimate interest (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): you have approached us about a paid service, we have a clear business reason to respond, and the processing is limited to that purpose.

Sharing

We use a small number of standard service providers (such as hosting and email) to operate the website. They act on our written instructions and do not use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell or share your data with marketing networks.

Retention

We keep enquiries for up to two years. If we begin a paid engagement, retention extends to the end of the engagement plus one year for tax and contractual records. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email lewis.lancaster@scaleenginegroup.com. We will respond within one calendar month.
